 * Konverter/edbsilon.py:
   Die SQL_Kommandos werden jetzt durch Methoden erzeugt, so dass
   nicht einige Befehle mehrfach vorkommen.
   Die �nderungen beziehen sich auf die Klasse collect.
   Ausserdem wurde eine globale Variable DB_benutzt eingef�hrt, die regelt
   f�r welche DB die SQL-Befele sind.

 * README:
   Angepasst daran, dass man test_edbsilon.py in den Verzeichnis
   test ohne Pfadsetzen starten kann
