GP: Starting a preview of an atlas is now faster, als it is more a live demo. that mean you don't have to close the preview all the time, to test changes. we will try that behaviour for a while, as it also means, that changing styles in the preview atlas affects your original atlas.

bug FIXed:  Erstellen neuer Bsp. Diagramme in CDA: PROBLEME MIT CHART MANAGER!!!zeigt nicht das neuen sondern zweimal das alte in Liste. Kann das neuechart also nicht mehr  itieren! Hab noch ein weiteres erstellt und es geschah das gleiche.

DialogManager didn't always remove instances from the cache. 
Translation constructor List<String>, defaultTranslaiton only set the default for the active langage

* CQLFilter.toString does not produce CQL! Useed CQL.toCQL( Filter ) instead in some places.
* Added paramter weight (for visualisation sorting) to attributeMetadata
* Added paramters X and A for Attributemetadata.. but not using it yet..

* AS FEATURE: Changing the TextSymbolizer (label settings) in AS is now directly presented in the preview JMapPane(s). Up to now, the LabelCache of the JMapPane didn't clear properly and the changes were only shown after a while.

* CodeCleanup: Removed some unneeded SwingUtil.getParentWindow (because most atlas classes now use a Component object as GUI-parent parameter)

* Not really an atomic commit: hacking session going on.. just switching from laptop to dektop.

* Minimally improved dialog to choose a language if the atlas only contains languages that your computer doesn't.
* GP: Added a menu item to send the logfile by email to Steve
* GP: List of languages to select from is now sorted
* Version-management in build.xml ... using a release.properties
** TODO: Still need integration with the webpage
* BUGFIXed: Layers expanding and collapsing every time while the AS is updating the preview
* UNDER WORK: AV: Only show selection-related buttons when they make sense.
