(MainWindow.ShowTableView): New. Open a
tableview dialog
(MainWindow.TableShow): Use ShowTableView to open the dialogs.
Also, don't use the table's titles as the dialog names. The titles
aren't guaranteed to be unique.
(MainWindow.TableOpen): Open a table view dialog after opening the
table
