Backport from HEAD: More comfortable table view:
(table_to_dbf, table_to_csv):
Added 'rows' parameter which is a list of records that restricts which
records are saved. Fixes RTbug #1997.
(_find_dbf_column_names): New. Helper function for table_to_dbf
(table_to_dbf): Deal with names longer than the 10 character limit
