* Thuban/Model/postgisdb.py
(PostGISTable): Extend doc-string
(PostGISTable._fetch_table_information): Set the column index
correctly, pretending ignored columns don't exist.

* test/test_postgis_db.py (TestPostGISIgnoredColumns): New tests
for postgis tables with data types not yet supported by thuban.
