test_unsupported_types because we need a more descriptive name now
that there are more methods
(TestPostGISSpecialCases.test_table_name_quoting)
(TestPostGISSpecialCases.test_column_name_quoting)
(TestPostGISSpecialCases.test_shapestore_name_quoting): New test
cases to test quoting of table and column names in PostGISTable
and PostGISShapeStore
