Introduce OGRFileShapeStore in ogr extension.
This allows at least that loaded shapefile shape stores
can be saved correctly in the thuban session file
and reloaded again (reload is via core shapefile
routine, not OGR). For other types, .thuban files
can not be reloaded for the time being.
