* Thuban/Model/layer.py (Layer): Remove the
        Set[Fill|Stroke|StrokeWidth]() methods. Code should call the
        SetDefault*() methods on the layer's classification object.
        (Layer.__init__): Use the new SetDefault*() methods in the
        Classification class.
