        * wptClipSignDlg.cpp (on_init_dialog): New.
        Check that there is at least one useable signing key.
        * wptSigTreeDlg.cpp (sigtree_load): Correct UTF8 handling.
        * wptKeyEditDlgs.cpp (keyedit_set_pref_keyserver): Show error
        if needed.
