        * wptKeyManager.cpp (km_dropped_file_import): New.
        * wptKeyManagerDlg.cpp (keylist_subclass_proc): Allow
        to drop files and try to import them.
        (keymanager_dlg_proc): Pass kmi as opaque to the subclass
        proc.
