More minor fixes...
More changes. Compiles again but there are at least gettext issues with w32-gettext.c. I can't get a gpg-error build with ENABLE_NLS.
Minor changes; compiles now but gettext is still missing.
First set of changes to use autotools for building.

Indicate an start and and of an operation. For now just the cursor changes. (fm_parse_command_line): Remove debug output. Thanks to Ralf again. * WinPT.cpp (WinMain): Check if there is already an instance and set a variable early as possible. (load_gettext): If a previous instance was found, do not output any errors. Bug fixes to correct some problems introduced by the MyGPGME to GPGME port.
Almost finished phase 1 of the WinPT GPGME port. Still need more cleanup, comments and tests.
