        * wptCommonDlg.cpp (http_dlg_proc): Localized missing elements.
        * wptKeyManagerDlg.cpp (change_edit_menu): New.

        (clip_contains_pgpkey): New.
        (update_ui_items): Do not allow to sign expired keys.
        (keymanager_dlg_proc): Same for popup menu.
        * wptKeyPropsDlg.cpp (parse_preflist): Fixed string handling.
        * wptKeyCache.cpp (copy_uid_prefs):
        (gpg_keycache_sync): Copy uid prefs so the key property
