Small improvements:
* README: Changed the instructions to use the real "Makefile".
* changed "project" to "initiative" or other appropritate wordings,
to reflect that this is a permanent activity
* "bug" to "problem" at a few places.
* "Support" to "Unterstützung" or something even more fitting in German.
