* www/mainpage.sgml: Add newsitem for the german translation.
* www/doc.sgml: Rearrange the content a bit to make it clearer,
add the german document and mention the English translation of the
French manual.
* www/oldnews.sgml, www/mainpage.sgml: Move some older news items
from mainpage to oldnews.
* www/homepage.sgml: Update url for the franch docs so that it
refers to the entry page that mentions the english translation as
well and add entities for the cliparts and the german translation.
